All warehousing services are available at EWF’s Customs bonded warehouses both in Rotterdam and in Moscow, including stuffing and stripping of containers. In Rotterdam we have 3000 square meters of bonded warehouse facilities from which we arrange our groupage and distribution and where we can store your goods.

While in Moscow we have an exclusive contract with the company Sovtransavto which was the former forwarding company of the USSR, were we can make use of their more than 30.000 square meters bonded facilities. We therefore are capable of arranging bonded transports within the Russian federation to the by clients appointed customs office for custom clearing procedures, a procedure for which only 2 companies in Russia have this exclusive customs licence to perform this type of service.

The customs department looks after the correct documentation and arranges import and export declarations on behalf of the clients. Also offering services as pre custom controlled clearing documentation for Russia is one of the extra services we offer to our clientele, which offers the opportunity to our clientele to avoid mistakes in their customs documentation needed to perform customs clearing procedures in Russia. In Rotterdam we also offer services as “Tax representative with restricted powers”; offering receiving companies / consignee’s the possibility of customs clearance without prepaying the VAT.
